Shipping Policy

1. Cancellation of Transaction

If the Customer refuses to clean once the Items have been collected, the Customer will need to pay for the pickup & delivery charges.

2. Unattended Delivery

If the Customer misses the scheduled delivery, the Customer must coordinate with Mr.Clean to reschedule. Customers will be subject to a missed delivery fee if they fail to notify us 1 day prior to the scheduled day & time.

Mr.Clean will retain Items that are not collected by a Customer for up to 30 days from the date of the order. We reserve the right to dispose of any Items not collected after that time.

3. Payment

The Customer must complete the online payment of the agreed-upon charges on or before the completion of the Services. All payments are non-refundable.
